Senator Ted Stevens (R-Alaska) is pushing a Net Neutrality bill while making it painfully obvious he knows little about the Net or what neutrality means to it.  Of course, many high profile people often have to talk as experts on topics they know little about (especially politicians). But some executives and politicians follow simple rules like having decent talking points, practicing them and knowing what they mean, while others do not. And that can sometimes make great fodder for The Daily Shows of the world.Â
