Seat at the Table

I just watched this terrific interview with the CEO of Japan Air.  It’s not just another story about a CEO that insists on a modest salary (he’s just doing his job), treats himself as he treats his employees and, overall, sets an example of leadership by doing.  It’s a story about real sincerity in leadership.  Watch it all the way through – the most priceless moment is his reaction to hearing what American CEOs make.
