		<description>Agreed, Ephraim. Customer service marks the closest interaction consumers have with the company brand, making the customer experience hugely consequential to reputation. Seems that many PR professionals understand customer service as a reputational driver and would add great value in this area; perhaps the trend toward greater emphasis on internal comms means that the C-suite is beginning to see this value, too.
